Training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Evidence-Based Therapy

We help therapists:

1) Bring more compassion and vitality to their work

2) Use the latest science to guide their practice

We offer:

Training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other Evidence-Based Therapies

Support and Community for Portland Area Therapists

We provide training opportunities for therapists interested in learning about approaches to therapy supported by science.

Research shows that ongoing consultation and support is essential in learning new skills and maintaining our vitality as professionals.

Thus, we provide both one-time training in the form of workshops and ongoing support for therapists interested in learning evidence-based practices.

We specialize in training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), though we also provide training in other science-based therapies.

It's easy to get isolated and disconnected from the support of other professionals, leading to reduced vitality at work and burnout.

One antidote to isolation is collaboration and community. In response to this need, we have developed a free peer consultation group for professionals interested in learning ACT.

We also have a monthly, free training events for those interested in learning ACT.

In addition, therapists can learn skills for mindfulness and valued living through our weekly skills-classes.
